| CVE-2024-44167 | 1 Apple | 4 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 1 more | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| This issue was addressed by removing the vulnerable code. This issue is fixed in macOS Ventura 13.7, visionOS 2, iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, macOS Sonoma 14.7, macOS Sequoia 15. An app may be able to overwrite arbitrary files. | |||||
| CVE-2024-39330 | 1 Djangoproject | 1 Django | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| An issue was discovered in Django 5.0 before 5.0.7 and 4.2 before 4.2.14. Derived classes of the django.core.files.storage.Storage base class, when they override generate_filename() without replicating the file-path validations from the parent class, potentially allow directory traversal via certain inputs during a save() call. (Built-in Storage sub-classes are unaffected.) | |||||
| CVE-2024-32465 | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 7.3 HIGH | ||
| Git is a revision control system. The Git project recommends to avoid working in untrusted repositories, and instead to clone it first with `git clone --no-local` to obtain a clean copy. Git has specific protections to make that a safe operation even with an untrusted source repository, but vulnerabilities allow those protections to be bypassed. In the context of cloning local repositories owned by other users, this vulnerability has been covered in CVE-2024-32004. But there are circumstances where the fixes for CVE-2024-32004 are not enough: For example, when obtaining a `.zip` file containing a full copy of a Git repository, it should not be trusted by default to be safe, as e.g. hooks could be configured to run within the context of that repository. The problem has been patched in versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4. As a workaround, avoid using Git in repositories that have been obtained via archives from untrusted sources. | |||||
| CVE-2024-32002 | 1 Git | 1 Git | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 9.0 CRITICAL |
| Git is a revision control system. Prior to versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4, repositories with submodules can be crafted in a way that exploits a bug in Git whereby it can be fooled into writing files not into the submodule's worktree but into a `.git/` directory. This allows writing a hook that will be executed while the clone operation is still running, giving the user no opportunity to inspect the code that is being executed. The problem has been patched in versions 2.45.1, 2.44.1, 2.43.4, 2.42.2, 2.41.1, 2.40.2, and 2.39.4. If symbolic link support is disabled in Git (e.g. via `git config --global core.symlinks false`), the described attack won't work. As always, it is best to avoid cloning repositories from untrusted sources. | |||||
| CVE-2024-27869 | 1 Apple | 3 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| The issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia 15. An app may be able to record the screen without an indicator. | |||||
| CVE-2023-25815 | 2 Fedoraproject, Git For Windows Project | 2 Fedora, Git For Windows | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| In Git for Windows, the Windows port of Git, no localized messages are shipped with the installer. As a consequence, Git is expected not to localize messages at all, and skips the gettext initialization. However, due to a change in MINGW-packages, the `gettext()` function's implicit initialization no longer uses the runtime prefix but uses the hard-coded path `C:\mingw64\share\locale` to look for localized messages. And since any authenticated user has the permission to create folders in `C:\` (and since `C:\mingw64` does not typically exist), it is possible for low-privilege users to place fake messages in that location where `git.exe` will pick them up in version 2.40.1. This vulnerability is relatively hard to exploit and requires social engineering. For example, a legitimate message at the end of a clone could be maliciously modified to ask the user to direct their web browser to a malicious website, and the user might think that the message comes from Git and is legitimate. It does require local write access by the attacker, though, which makes this attack vector less likely. Version 2.40.1 contains a patch for this issue. Some workarounds are available. Do not work on a Windows machine with shared accounts, or alternatively create a `C:\mingw64` folder and leave it empty. Users who have administrative rights may remove the permission to create folders in `C:\`. | |||||
| CVE-2023-25652 | 2 Fedoraproject, Git-scm | 2 Fedora, Git | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| Git is a revision control system. Prior to versions 2.30.9, 2.31.8, 2.32.7, 2.33.8, 2.34.8, 2.35.8, 2.36.6, 2.37.7, 2.38.5, 2.39.3, and 2.40.1, by feeding specially crafted input to `git apply --reject`, a path outside the working tree can be overwritten with partially controlled contents (corresponding to the rejected hunk(s) from the given patch). A fix is available in versions 2.30.9, 2.31.8, 2.32.7, 2.33.8, 2.34.8, 2.35.8, 2.36.6, 2.37.7, 2.38.5, 2.39.3, and 2.40.1. As a workaround, avoid using `git apply` with `--reject` when applying patches from an untrusted source. Use `git apply --stat` to inspect a patch before applying; avoid applying one that create a conflict where a link corresponding to the `*.rej` file exists. | |||||
| CVE-2025-43382 | 1 Apple | 1 Macos | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
| A parsing issue in the handling of directory paths was addressed with improved path validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Sonoma 14.8.2, macOS Sequoia 15.7.2. An app may be able to access sensitive user data. | |||||
| CVE-2022-37042 | 1 Synacor | 1 Zimbra Collaboration Suite | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) 8.8.15 and 9.0 has mboximport functionality that receives a ZIP archive and extracts files from it. By bypassing authentication (i.e., not having an authtoken), an attacker can upload arbitrary files to the system, leading to directory traversal and remote code execution. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2022-27925. | |||||
| CVE-2020-4430 | 1 Ibm | 1 Data Risk Manager | 2025-11-04 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM |
| IBM Data Risk Manager 2.0.1, 2.0.2, 2.0.3, and 2.0.4 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to download arbitrary files from the system. IBM X-Force ID: 180535. | |||||
| CVE-2024-57727 | 1 Simple-help | 1 Simplehelp | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 7.5 HIGH |
| SimpleHelp remote support software v5.5.7 and before is vulnerable to multiple path traversal vulnerabilities that enable unauthenticated remote attackers to download arbitrary files from the SimpleHelp host via crafted HTTP requests. These files include server configuration files containing various secrets and hashed user passwords. | |||||
| CVE-2022-37703 | 1 Amanda | 1 Amanda | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 3.3 LOW |
| In Amanda 3.5.1, an information leak vulnerability was found in the calcsize SUID binary. An attacker can abuse this vulnerability to know if a directory exists or not anywhere in the fs. The binary will use `opendir()` as root directly without checking the path, letting the attacker provide an arbitrary path. | |||||
| CVE-2022-29970 | 1 Sinatrarb | 1 Sinatra | 2025-11-04 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| Sinatra before 2.2.0 does not validate that the expanded path matches public_dir when serving static files. | |||||
| CVE-2025-12060 | 2025-11-04 | N/A | N/A | ||
| The keras.utils.get_file API in Keras, when used with the extract=True option for tar archives, is vulnerable to a path traversal attack. The utility uses Python's tarfile.extractall function without the filter="data" feature. A remote attacker can craft a malicious tar archive containing special symlinks, which, when extracted, allows them to write arbitrary files to any location on the filesystem outside of the intended destination folder. This vulnerability is linked to the underlying Python tarfile weakness, identified as CVE-2025-4517. Note that upgrading Python to one of the versions that fix CVE-2025-4517 (e.g. Python 3.13.4) is not enough. One additionally needs to upgrade Keras to a version with the fix (Keras 3.12). | |||||
| CVE-2025-10897 | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 8.6 HIGH | ||
| The WooCommerce Designer Pro theme for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file read in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.28. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files on the server, which can expose DB credentials when the wp-config.php file is read. | |||||
| CVE-2025-12626 | 2025-11-04 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM | ||
| A security flaw has been discovered in jeecgboot jeewx-boot up to 641ab52c3e1845fec39996d7794c33fb40dad1dd. This affects the function getImgUrl of the file WxActGoldeneggsPrizesController.java. Performing manipulation of the argument imgurl results in path traversal. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been released to the public and may be exploited. This product follows a rolling release approach for continuous delivery, so version details for affected or updated releases are not provided. The root cause was initially fixed but can be evaded with additional encoding. | |||||
| CVE-2025-8385 | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 6.8 MEDIUM | ||
| The Zombify plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.5. This is due to insufficient input validation in the zf_get_file_by_url function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to read arbitrary files on the server, including sensitive system files like /etc/passwd, via a forged request. It's worth noting that successfully exploiting this vulnerability relies on a race condition as the file generated will be deleted immediately. | |||||
| CVE-2025-12493 | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 9.8 CRITICAL | ||
| The ShopLentor – WooCommerce Builder for Elementor & Gutenberg +21 Modules – All in One Solution (formerly WooLentor) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.5 via the 'load_template' function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included. | |||||
| CVE-2024-55550 | 1 Mitel | 1 Micollab | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 2.7 LOW |
| Mitel MiCollab through 9.8 SP2 could allow an authenticated attacker with administrative privilege to conduct a local file read, due to insufficient input sanitization. A successful exploit could allow the authenticated admin attacker to access resources that are constrained to the admin access level, and the disclosure is limited to non-sensitive system information. This vulnerability does not allow file modification or privilege escalation. | |||||
| CVE-2024-41713 | 1 Mitel | 1 Micollab | 2025-11-04 | N/A | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| A vulnerability in the NuPoint Unified Messaging (NPM) component of Mitel MiCollab through 9.8 SP1 FP2 (9.8.1.201) could allow an unauthenticated attacker to conduct a path traversal attack, due to insufficient input validation. A successful exploit could allow unauthorized access, enabling the attacker to view, corrupt, or delete users' data and system configurations. | |||||
