The Front End Users plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's 'user-search' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.28 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

  • (es) El complemento Front End Users para WordPress es vulnerable a Cross-Site Scripting Almacenado a través del código abreviado "user-search" del complemento en todas las versiones hasta la 3.2.28 incluida, debido a una desinfección de entrada insuficiente y al escape de salida en los atributos proporcionados por el usuario. Esto permite que atacantes autenticados, con acceso de nivel de colaborador y superior, inyecten scripts web arbitrarias en páginas que se ejecutarán siempre que un usuario acceda a una página inyectada.
